Green coffee analysis

Send us a sample of your green beans (100-200g) and we will measure the moisture content and density of the beans using our Sinar BeanPro 6070.

Choose this service if you would like to establish a baseline for home roasting or would like to compare our results with those from your green coffee supplier or from your own measuring equipment.

Add the UV screening option and we will use ultraviolet light to screen your sample to reveal potentially defective beans, photographing and weighing them for your information.

Please note that water activity measurement is not currently available, though we do plan to offer this service in the future.
